So when we say that they are compassionate and caring individuals, we mean it, because they have been in your shoes.Our team is eager to meet you, learn your story and blow you away with an amazing experience.

Jerrica
Jerrica, our office manager, has been a part of the TFC Family since September of 2019 when she established her youngest son for challenges with fussiness and favor looking to the left. But, officially joined the team in May of 2020 and has never looked back since! She loves to lend a helping hand whenever it is needed of her from opening doors, helping moms out to the car, or playing with the kiddos while mom gets her (much needed) adjustment. However her primary roles and duties in the office consist of running the front desk, new patient phone calls, performing our neurological scans and heading up our social media.
Jerrica’s love for chiropractic didn’t start with her kids but that is where she really saw the miracles that can happen through it! In 2018 her oldest son was STRUGGLING with recurring ear infections and she believes that chiropractic care is the reason he has never had one since!
Jerrica and her husband Shawn have been married since June of 2014 and share two boys, Harrison and Pierce. In their free time they love to go hiking on their land and spend as much time outside as possible!
Jessica
Working side by side with Dr. James is such a blessing! I love the mission of empowering families to live their God given potential through chiropractic. Chiropractic has truly changed my life. Prior to chiropractic care I experienced migraines, extremely difficult periods, and allergies. Not to mention how easy pregnancy, delivery, and recovering because of regular chiropractic adjustments.
I spend most of my time working the behind the scenes of Thrive Family Chiropractic creating community connections and marketing.
If I’m not busy with Thrive, our 4 kiddos or being an uber driver, I’m very active as the local leader for our girls youth program at church. In down time I love to go for a run, read a good book and drink yummy hot chocolate.
Karina
Karina is one of the first faces you will be greeted with when you walk into our office. She started her journey at TFC in April of 2024. When you don’t see Karina at the front desk you can find her loving on kiddos, helping with Dr. James notes or doing our neurological scans.
When we asked Karina what she loved about TFC she said “Being a part of the TFC fam has been nothing short of an answered prayer! I was in search of a job for MONTHS and nothing was lining up, and now I know why! God was setting me up for this job that I genuinely look forward to everyday! The patients I encounter everyday and the people I get to work with, quickly have become like family.
Receiving chiropractic care has quickly become such a vital part of my routine. It genuinely makes such an impact in my own nervous system!
I’ve been married since September of 2023 to my incredible husband Eugene. Outside of work I love to spend my time with my husband, family, friends, and of course the most important thing to me is spending time with the Lord! I attend a local church called Connect Church where I am privileged to serve on the worship team, creative team, youth team, red carpet team and more! I am so excited to see what the Lord has in store for me here at TFC and also in my personal life!”
